Is there a warranty?

Yes! All of our trees and lights come with a one-year warranty. Though, in the event only the bottle breaks, you can send us the tree and we will replace the bottle for a small fee. Please contact us for replacement instructions.

How do I change the batteries?

When changing the batteries, it is best to lay the bottle down on a towel or soft surface. Do not use rechargeable batteries. Do not mix old and new batteries.

How do I store my Cheerful Spirit?

Remove the batteries before storing the bottle each season to prevent battery corrosion. Then place your Cheerful Spirit back in the gift box to protect it until next season!

How do I clean my Cheerful Spirit?

We recommend using a soft cloth to clean your Cheerful Spirit if it gets dusty. Do not get the base wet when cleaning the bottle.

Can my Cheerful Spirit be used outdoors?

No. Do not leave your Cheerful Spirit outside. It is meant for indoor use only.

Where do you ship?

We ship all over the USA.  If you live outside of the USA and would like to order, please contact us at info@cheerfulspirit.com.

What are the shipping rates?

There is a flat rate of $5 per item.

What is the delivery time?

The items will ship within 2-5 days of placing the order and you can expect to receive your order within 7-10 days.

Can I track my package?

Yes. We will send you the tracking information with your purchase confirmation.

I have a problem with my order. What can I do?

If you find a fault, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your order. If the defect is visible, please also send us a photo.

Can I cancel my order or return my items?

Yes. If you purchased your item from our site and you simply changed your mind, please request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.

If you decide to return the item after it has been delivered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please return it to us within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The bottle should be new, unused, and should show no signs of wear. It should also contain all original undamaged packaging. Once your return is accepted, we will issue a refund (less the original shipping cost) to the method of payment you originally paid with.

Can I order a custom Cheerful Spirit for my company or brand?
